Transact engineers are investigating a possible issue with Mobile Credential for Google Pay Wallet.  

Mobile credential provisioning is currently offline. New credentials cannot be issued. Currently provisioned credentials will continue to work with no issues.

Update

Our third-party service provider has informed us that the issue with Mobile Credential is limited to provisioning with Samsung Wallet. Google and Apple Pay will continue to work as expected. We will provide an update when more information is available.

Update

The issue with the service(s) Mobile Credential for Google Pay Wallet is tentatively resolved and Illumia engineers are monitoring the systems to confirm there are no further issues.
