Maintenance tasks:

To ensure the readiness of our team and the failover environment, we will be performing an annual test of our Disaster Recovery Plan. 

Expected impact:

During the maintenance period all Illumia Payments functions will be unavailable. There will be an offline message on all sites during the maintenance period to notify any site visitors of the maintenance and its expected duration.

Illumia wishes to inform our clients of all scheduled maintenance to production systems. If you have any questions or experience any issues after the maintenance window has passed, please open a case via Illumia Connect or 1-888-381-8054, Option 1 then 1.
