Maintenance tasks:

Illumia Cloud Services will perform scheduled database maintenance on TS SaaS to ensure continued system security and performance.

Expected impact:

During the maintenance window Administrative Portals, Cardholder Account Centers, Reporting, API Access, File Processing, and Transaction Processing will be unavailable.  Any batch or cardholder files transmitted to the sftp server during the window will be held and processed after the maintenance is complete.

Illumia wishes to inform our clients of all scheduled maintenance to production systems. If you have any questions or experience any issues after the maintenance window has passed, please open a case via Illumia Connect or 1-888-381-8054, Option 4 then follow the appropriate prompts for Illumia SaaS Client Support.
