Illumia Engineers are investigating a possible issue with transaction processing for users using vx520 devices the service(s) Transact IDX.

Illumia Engineers are working on workaround for resolving the transaction failures for locations using Vx520 terminals. Locations using terminals other than the Vx520 are not impacted.

The issue with the transaction failures for locations using Vx520 terminals is tentatively resolved and Illumia engineers are monitoring the systems to confirm there are no further issues.
